Video Hour 10:00am – 10:45am Sunday K-5th
The church has a wonderful library of videos for children. During adult education elementary aged children will gather in the video room and see these movies. Each week a different video will be shown.
Carpenter’s Corner 11:00am – Noon Sunday Preschool-5th
Children who come to Carpenter’s Corner use the rotation model of education to learn stories from the bible and foundations of the Christian faith. Using five learning centers employing computers, drama, music, games, crafts and videos, students rotate classrooms each week.
Club 45 (4th and 5th graders) Every other Sunday starting September 23rd 12:30-2 pm
Join the ‘tweeners’ for lunch, fellowship, games and activities that relate to discussions that interest you. Come see what this group is all about!
Jr. High Sunday School (6th - 8th) 11:15 am - noon; every 2nd & 4th Sunday
Junior High Sunday School provides a chance for our 6th-8th graders to study scripture and spend time learning about God. New youth are always welcome! Class meets in the youth room.
Sr. High Sunday School (9th-12th) 11:15 am - noon; on 1st, 3rd and 5th Sunday
This is an opportunity for our high school youth to spend time in studying scripture, discussion and prayer. This year our youth will study various topics on faith based on the popular Nooma DVD series by Pastor Rob Bell. Class meets in the youth room.
6:30 – 8:30 pm Sunday Evenings (with dinner at 6pm)
- 6th - 8th graders - Fellowship Hall
- 9th - 12th graders - Youth Room

Amos: A prophet for all Seasons
Parish Associate, Larry McMellen will lead the class through the work of Amos. The teachings of Hosea are timeless and speak to the children of God as boldly today as the day they were first spoken. Come and explore what this prophet might say to us today. The class meets in the Conference Room.Contemporary Issues: Our Quest for the Kingdom God
Bruce Coffin will lead weekly conversation about contemporary issues. The class will first consider the meaning of God’s Kingdom. The youth room will be the meeting place for this group.
Tuesday Bible Study 10:30-11:30 The Pastoral Epistles
Join Pastor Swihart in exploring the letters of First and Second Timothy, Titus and Philemon. These personal letter reveal a great deal about life in the early church. The class meets in the Conference Room. The text for the class is William Barclay’s Daily Bible Study and it costs $10.

WNL has undergone a makeover for this year. We have something for everyone, including an exciting new study for our adults. This fall our adults will have the chance to consider issues of stewardship in its broadest meaning. We will not only examine how to handle our material possessions, but we will look at issues concerning our world. What must we do to practice good discipleship as “Keepers” of the earth?
In addition, music will be a big part of the evening as all of our church musical ensembles will rehearse on Wednesdays.
